Barcelona cruise port to the city centrefixed price €27

A short run from the cruise terminals into the city — the Gothic Quarter, the Eixample, or your hotel door. Booked ahead, so you are not standing in the rank queue with three thousand other people who just disembarked.

What the price includes

  • The whole fare for this exact trip, agreed before you get in — nothing added at the end.
  • Any airport or cruise terminal access charge and all motorway tolls.
  • 60 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands, 15 minutes everywhere else.
  • Luggage for up to 4 passengers. A minivan is available for larger groups.
  • Card or cash, your choice, paid in the car.

Pick-up at the terminals

I collect you outside your own terminal building at Moll Adossat, not at the port gate. Send me the ship name and terminal letter and I will be at the right one.

On heavy disembarkation mornings the port authority sometimes restricts vehicle access to the quay. If that happens on your date I will tell you the night before and we will meet at the World Trade Center pick-up point instead, which is a short shuttle ride away.

If you are joining a ship rather than leaving one, the same applies in reverse: I drop you at the terminal door, and there is time built in for the queue at the security check.

Into the city

It is about 7 km from Moll Adossat to Plaça de Catalunya and normally takes under 20 minutes along the Ronda Litoral. The Gothic Quarter and Barceloneta are closer still; Gràcia and the upper Eixample add five to ten minutes.

Where you are actually going matters more on this trip than on any other, because the distances involved are so short. A run to Barceloneta is a third of the distance of a run to Pedralbes, and the price should reflect that rather than being flattened into a single "port to city" figure.

If you have a few hours before your flight or your ship, I can also do this as a drive with stops — Sagrada Família, Park Güell, Montjuïc — charged by the hour instead. Just ask.

Getting there another way

A taxi is not always the right answer. Here is the honest comparison for this trip.

Walking35–45 min from the terminalsFreeNot realistic — the quay is a working port and pedestrian access is restricted.

Questions about this trip

Can a taxi drive right up to the cruise terminal?

Yes, in normal conditions taxis reach the terminal buildings at Moll Adossat directly. On a few very busy mornings the port restricts access, and we would meet at the World Trade Center point instead — I would tell you in advance.

How early should I book for disembarkation day?

The night before is enough. Give me the ship name and roughly when you expect to clear the terminal; I would rather wait for you than have you queue.

Can you take us on a tour before our flight?

Yes. Hourly hire is available with a two-hour minimum, and luggage stays in the car between stops.
