Barcelona Airport to the cruise portfixed price €46

Straight from the terminal to your ship, dropped at the cruise terminal building rather than the port gate. This particular run has a fare set by the metropolitan authority, so the number is the same in every licensed taxi in the city.

What the price includes

  • The whole fare for this exact trip, agreed before you get in — nothing added at the end.
  • Any airport or cruise terminal access charge and all motorway tolls.
  • 60 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands, 15 minutes everywhere else.
  • Luggage for up to 4 passengers. A minivan is available for larger groups.
  • Card or cash, your choice, paid in the car.

Meeting you, and finding your ship

Same arrangement as any airport pick-up: I wait inside arrivals with a sign showing your name, at T1 floor 0 or opposite the T2B baggage hall.

Tell me the name of your ship in the booking and I will take you to the right terminal. Moll Adossat has four cruise terminals — A, B, C and D — spread along more than a kilometre of quay, and walking between them with luggage in July is not something anyone enjoys.

Cruise lines usually publish the terminal a few weeks before departure. If you do not know it yet, send the ship name and I will look it up on the day.

What to expect

It is around 17 km and typically 30 minutes, out of the airport and along the Ronda Litoral to the port entrance. Embarkation mornings are busy: between roughly 10:00 and 13:00 the approach road to Moll Adossat backs up as coaches and taxis arrive together, which can add fifteen minutes.

If you are on a tight connection — landing in the morning and sailing the same afternoon — book the earliest pick-up you can and give me the flight number. I would rather wait at the airport than have you watch the traffic from the back seat.

This fare is fixed by the Àrea Metropolitana de Barcelona and includes every official supplement, luggage and tolls. It applies in both directions, so a disembarkation morning back to the airport costs the same.

Questions about this trip

Why is this price fixed by law?

The metropolitan authority sets a single all-inclusive fare for journeys between the airport and the Moll Adossat cruise terminals, in both directions. Every licensed taxi charges the same, and no supplements may be added on top.

Will you drop me at my actual terminal?

Yes. Give me the ship name and I will drive to that terminal building, not the port entrance. The terminals are spread along more than a kilometre of quay.

Can you collect me from the ship on disembarkation day?

Yes, and it is worth booking ahead — several thousand people disembark within the same two hours and the taxi rank moves slowly. Tell me your ship and the time you clear the terminal.

How much luggage fits?

Four passengers with four large cruise cases fit comfortably. For more people or more bags, set the passenger count in the booking form and the minivan is selected automatically.
